The Mincom Sudbury 3 1/2% System is unique in the Greater Sudbury Real Estate Market, so lets take a minute to explain how, and why it works so well.  While there is no set commission rate, most Brokerages will charge 5 to 6% of the sale price of the home, plus GST for their services. At Mincom Sudbury, we provide full MLS service, and charge 5% commission plus GST. If another Broker brings us a Buyer we split that commission with the other Broker equally. Sometimes Brokerages sell their own listings "In House", that is to say the same Brokerage represents the Buyer and the Seller. When that happens at Mincom Sudbury, we reduce the commission charged to 3 1/2% plus GST (we don't like the GST any more than you do).
